| Please note that only the items, sizes and quantities that appear on the website are available for ordering. If certain sizes are not available for selection or you receive an "out of stock" or "item not available" message, this means that these items are no longer available for ordering.
We use a real time inventory system, (which means that our inventory is automatically checked for availability when you add an item to your shopping cart). If you are unable to add your selected quantity of items to your cart, that means we may not have the number available. For example, if you select 3 of a particular item and there are only 2 in stock, the order system will change the number to reflect the number of items that are available. If the "Add to Bag" icon is missing from an item, this means that it is out of stock and not available for order at this time. Backorders Although our order system checks for inventory in real time there is a very small chance that an item that you have ordered will be on back order or will be unavailable. If this is the case, a Customer Service Representative will contact you immediately via email or phone to discuss your order. | ||
